Purchasing

Selecting —> Check out payments —> Log in/Sign in site account  —> pay the payments —> Sucessfully purchasing.

 

Payment Methods

Underworld Gear provide oversea customers with the payment methods on PayPal. Personal and financial information is automatically encrypted when any sensitive information is sent to the PayPal servers. If any item is returned, reimbursement will be credited to the PayPal account used to pay the original order.

 

Shipping

Shipping Internationally - Delivery costs vary by country of delivery and by the total weight of the order. It depending on the number of items , and one item is $200TWD to $300TWD. Please fill in the completed address/name/phone number, and the expenses related to delivery will be automatically listed in the Customers’ order summary before its validation.

 

Lead Time

Oversea Orders - The orders will be shipped out within 7 working day once confirmed by Underworld Gear. We will notify you by email at the day your orders shipped out. The lead time subject to the country located, please track the order by the tracking number provided in the shipping out notify at your email address.        

 

NOTE

1) Considered the possible changes in regulations of our site, Underworld Gear reserves the ability to modify all general conditions of sales. The new conditions will be available online, and will not respectively notify the members and visitors.

2) Please refer to the package of the product and the contained product specification. Should you have any question please email us.

3) Please read all condition and terms before place the order. Once confirmed the order, the customers are deemed to agreed to all terms and condition.

4) The customer will not be able to revise the payment method and the content of the orders. Please cancel your orders and re-place the order. 

5) Overseas orders are not subject to the return conditions and only accept exchanges. If the product is defective, please contact us to confirm the product defect. Customers need to return the products themselves. After receiving the product confirmation, the product will be sent out. Shipping costs will be borne by us.

6) If you need to change the product size, please contact us first and keep the product brand new. Please do not wash under water. After receiving the replacement product and confirming it is correct, we will send the new product. The return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. Before placing an order, please confirm that the order is correct.
